1. Associate Trainers for ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy

We are seeking qualified/experienced ESS Workplace Literacy & Numeracy (WPLN) trainers who meet the following criteria to join us as Associate Trainers.

a) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Trainers
To conduct and deliver the WPL programme under the Employability Skills System, WSQ framework.

Requirements:                      
• At least 2 years or more of training adults in English Literacy programmes
• Possess the following qualifications
- CELTA/TESOL/ TESL/ TEFOL/TEFL OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Linguistics OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant English AND ACTA CU 3&4 OR
- NIE Post-Grad Diploma in Education (General) with English as a teaching subject
• Experienced ESS WPL trainers with good track record will have an added advantage
• Only those with the above qualifications need apply

b) Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Trainers
To conduct and deliver the WPL programme under the Employability Skills System, WSQ framework.

Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of training adults in Numeracy programmes

- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics) OR
- NIE Post-Grad Diploma in Education (General) with Mathematics as a teaching subject
• Experienced ESS WPN trainers with good track record will have an added advantage
• Only those with the above qualifications need apply

2. Regional Business Manager

We are looking for passionate, focused sales and business development people to drive business into the private education markets. Your role will include networking, prospecting and negotiating for new Higher Education programs to be introduced into the private education market in the region. You will manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify and target new partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for regional sales and business development activities
- Own and grow the business revenue in the assigned territory
- Manage and drive business strategies/programs through agents, partners and educational institutions
- Work closely with Program Management, Academic Faculties, University Partners and Marketing teams at the Singapore office
- Work in a manner that maintains the highest partner and customer service standards
- Maintain and strengthen relationships and build rapport with existing and new partners

Requirements:
- University degree with several years' work experience in a multinational environment with B2B and regional sales experience
- Have a strong solution sales track record; meeting and achieving financial and performance targets
- Strong business acumen, highly motivated with a high level of initiative, excellent communication, customer relationship and people management skills
- Resourceful with good planning and organizational skills
- A team player who is able to adapt quickly to change and work in a rapidly changing environment
- Have a sound understanding of the private education market
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills
- Extensive travelling will be necessary
- It is essential that you have a good knowledge of written and spoken English. The ability to speak and write Mandarin will also be considered an advantage

3. Trainer/Product Head, Financial Products

 Responsibilities:
- Public and In-house trainer for Financial Market courses
- Creating and developing Financial Market training course content
- Making research on market trends and customer needs for developing of an effective Financial Market training content
- Participating and interacting with corporate client on training needs
- Interacting with existing and potential trainers on teaching delivery, quality and development

Requirements:
- Masters degree or equivalent qualifications in finance
- CFA Charter holder
- Strong Industry understanding of the financial and banking sectors
- Teaching experiences in financial market courses a distinctive advantage
- Strong leadership skills and ability to foster positive and influential relationships with people from all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to establish ongoing relationship clients for long-term business
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Articulate and capable communicator with good presentation skills
