    Human Resources plays a key role in every organisation. From talent acquisition, employee training and development, to reinforcing the values of the business, Human Resources helps to drive employee engagement and maintain positive business culture.

    The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Global Business Management (Human Resources) programme will develop students’ knowledge and understanding of key areas of global business management while exploring the theory and practice of human resources to prepare them for roles such as Human Resources Manager and Head of Operations.

    Applicants with Northumbria University-recognised Kaplan Advanced Diplomas or private Advanced Diplomas will be exempted from Year 1 (Level 5) of the programme and can gain entry to Year 2 (Level 6) of the programme.

    The Degree programme accepts a wide range of qualifications, which includes:

    • Other Diplomas or foreign qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

    Level 6 Entry

    • Kaplan Advanced Diploma in relevant subject area
    • BTEC HNC

    • Other equivalent Advanced Diploma* in relevant subject area

    *Equivalent to RQF Level 5

    English Language Requirements
