Mindfulness-Based Resilience, Less Stress, More Success
This six-week online programme is designed to equip participants with mindfulness techniques to enhance resilience, manage stress, and cultivate emotional well-being.
- Weeks 1-3: Me and My Mind – Learn how mindfulness supports resilience, reduces stress, and fosters a sense of calm.
- Weeks 4-6: Me in the World – Develop skills to navigate challenges with greater ease, build positive connections, and practice self-compassion for long-term well-being.
Through a blend of mindfulness theory, practical exercises, and shared reflections. Participants will engage in one-hour weekly sessions, complemented by 15 minutes of daily home practice. Facilitated by Kaplan’s Mindfulness Trainer, Kate Mishcon, and Michelle Albert, the programme includes a completion certificate, which will be presented in person at a closed-door certificate ceremony event.
An optional follow-up class will be held one-month post-course to reinforce learning and support continued practice.
