• Upgrader Rebate is applicable to all Kaplan Higher Education students and graduates upgrading to pursue the next higher qualification. The rebate applies to students and graduates of either the Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree qualification.
• The Upgrader Rebate will be deducted from the eligible student’s final instalment payment.
• A student who receives the Education Grant will not be entitled to Upgrader Rebate.

• Applicable to both current Kaplan students and alumni who refer new students to pursue a Kaplan Higher Education Academy (Kaplan) programme.
• The names of both the referrer and referee must be indicated clearly on the Application Form.
• The “referrer” must be either a current student or an alumnus. 
• “Current student” refers to a student who has either commenced a course with Kaplan or accepted the letter of offer and made payment for the first instalment of the course.
• An “alumnus” or “alumni” refers to graduates or former students who studied at Kaplan.
• The “referee” must be a new student who is pursuing a Kaplan programme with intake starting in Year 2025 or 2026.
• A referrer will not be entitled to the Referral Incentive if the referee is an existing Kaplan alumnus.
• The Referral Incentive will be issued to the referrer after the referee has made the first instalment payment of the programme fee and commenced his/her programme. Both the referrer and the referee must not have any outstanding payment with Kaplan for the Referral Incentive to be disbursed.
• A referrer receiving a Referral Incentive for a programme application will remain eligible for any other programme fee rebate or upgrader rebate for that programme application.
• The Referral Incentive is stackable with Education Grant for selected Kaplan programmes.
• All manner of Referral Incentives is not applicable to current employees and ex-employees of Kaplan.
• Kaplan reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to vary, amend, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions, or to terminate or suspend the referral fee at any time without notice, reference, or liability.

• The “referrer” must be either a current student or an alumnus.

• This referral scheme is applicable only for attendees who intend to pursue Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
• "Referrer" refers to current Kaplan applicants, Kaplan students, Kaplan alumni, and existing prospects. 
• This referral scheme is valid for referrals to the information sessions held from 28 July 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.
• The referred attendee must register for and attend the information session. 
• The referred attendee must submit the referral form via the QR code provided by the Referrer. 
• The Referrer acknowledges that his/her contact details (name, mobile number and email address) will be collected in the referral form submitted by the referred attendee, in order for Kaplan to contact the Referrer regarding the rewards below.
• For each successful referral, both the Referrer and the referred attendee will each receive one S$10 YO-CHI Voucher.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer may make.
• Each referred attendee may only be referred once. In the event of duplicate referrals, only the first valid referral submission received will be eligible.
• Rewards will be issued only after the referred attendee’s eligibility and attendance have been verified.
• This referral scheme is limited to the first 100 successful referrals.
• For the Referrer, we will notify them the week after the information session that their $10 YO-Chi voucher is ready for collection. The voucher can be collected from Level 5, Wilkie Edge.
• The vouchers and gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

The Referred Person – S$10 YO-CHI Voucher

• Valid for the referred person who visit the campus physically and attend the Information Sessions and who fulfil the two activities as follows:
  • Activity 1: Register for the Information sessions
  • Activity 2: Attend one information session (must attend the full session) and have a face-to-face consultation session with the Programme consultant.
• Each eligible referred person who completes the 2 activities is entitled to one S$10 YO-CHI Voucher on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Each eligible referred person is only entitled to one S$10 YO-CHI Voucher regardless of the number of information sessions and face-to-face consultations attended.
• The S$10 YO-CHI Voucher will be issued after the Information and consultation session. Failure to collect on the day will result in the voucher being forfeited.
• The vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.

• Applicable for selected University Degree programmes and proprietary programmes. Please contact our programme consultant for more information.
• The Education Grant is applicable for selected University Degree programmes. For 2026 intake enrolments, the amount awarded to each student will range from S$1,090 to S$5,450 (inclusive of 9% GST), depending on the programme selected. Please contact our programme consultant for more information. 
• The Education Grant is also applicable for the Foundation Diploma (E‐Learning) and Diploma in Business Management (General Studies) (E‐Learning) programmes only, and the amount awarded will be S$654 and S$1,635 (inclusive of 9% GST) respectively. Please contact our programme consultant for more information. 
• The Education Grant amount will be automatically deducted from the student’s last fee instalment payment for the programme. The student must pay the rest of the programme fee according to the applicable instalment payment schedule.
• The Education Grant and amount specified is exclusive to selected programmes and not transferable to other programmes or another intake of the same programme.
• A student who receives the Education Grant will not be entitled to any other rebates, promotions and offers, except for a 50% application fee waiver and Murdoch University bridging units’ waiver.
• A student who is eligible for the Education Grant and is also entitled to a fee adjustment on account of being exempted from a module (a “fee adjustment”) will receive either the fee adjustment or the Education Grant, whichever is higher. No student will be entitled to both a fee adjustment and the Education Grant.
• The Education Grant is non‐exchangeable, non‐transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Education Grant will be forfeited if the student withdraws from, defers, or fails to complete the programme.
• The Education Grant may be withdrawn at any time if the Education Grant holder’s progress or behaviour is deemed unsatisfactory, as determined at the reasonable discretion of the University and/or Kaplan Higher Education Academy, including if the awardee breaches or is subsequently found to have breached any applicable law, does not exemplify conduct or performance (whether academic or others) of a deserving student and/or any disciplinary action is taken against the awardee.
• If the Education Grant is forfeited or withdrawn for any reason, the awardee will not be eligible for any further subsequent award of the Grant.
• The Education Grant and its specified amount are applicable only to selected programmes and are non-transferable to another programme, intake, or mode of study of the same programme, regardless of whether the change is voluntary or involuntary. The grant will therefore be forfeited upon resumption, transfer, or readmission to the same or different programme.
• The University and Kaplan Higher Education Academy reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue this Education Grant at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of University/Kaplan Higher Education Academy will be final and binding.

Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

• Prizes include the following items when they enrol during the campaign period.
  - 3 sets of S$610 Takashimaya Vouchers  
• “Enrolment” refers to an application for a programme where the application fee has been paid. To be eligible for the lucky draw, students must pay at least the first instalment of the course fee.
• Valid for enrolments from 2 Aug to 31 Aug 2026
• Each enrolment is limited to only 1 chance, regardless of the number of programmes applied for.

• Eligibility verification (submission of pending documents) must be completed before the commencement date of the students’ respective intakes in 2026. Winners will be notified via email in the first quarter of 2027.

  This promotion will apply across all programmes with intakes commencing from Aug to Dec 2026.

• Applicable to all 2026 intakes for the Advance Diploma, Diploma, Foundation Diploma, Preparatory Course for the Cambridge International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Examination, Bachelor’s Degree, and Postgraduate programmes offered by Kaplan Higher Education Academy.
• All prizes from the Grand Draw are non-exchangeable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is offered.
• Not applicable to international applicants.
• Kaplan reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to make changes to the prizes (including type and quantity) to be given under the Grand Draw at any time without notice, reference or liability to any applicant or member of the public.

Career-Ready Priority Package Terms and Conditions 
(domestic applicants, including work pass holders) 

Bachelor's Degrees & Postgraduate Degrees: 

• Eligible for students who are enrolled for the part-time or full-time intakes in 2026, upon payment of the first instalment. 
• Students who defer to an intake after the December 2026 intake will not be eligible for this Priority Package. 
• Priority registration of the services provided in the Career-Ready Package will be available to the eligible students in November 2026, May 2027, and November 2027 respectively. 
• No further extension of the services provided in the Priority Package will be granted after November 2027. 
• For the Career Clinic session, LinkedIn and Professional Profile Review, and Interview Coaching session, students may attend multiple sessions by booking available slots through the CareersHub portal. However, eligible students from the relevant intake will be given priority for their first session. 
• For the AI-Powered Job Search Training and Upskilling Programme, each workshop or programme session will run for approximately 3 to 4 hours. Students may sign up through the CareersHub portal and attend as many sessions as they wish, subject to availability. Eligible students from the relevant intake will be given priority for their first workshop or programme during their first month at Kaplan. 

Diplomas: 

• Eligible for students who are enrolled for the part-time intake August 2026, upon payment of the first instalment. 
• Students who defer to an intake after the August 2026 intake will not be eligible for this Priority Package.
